Lost Money to a Shree Win Hack? Next Steps

Updated 8 October 2026 · 5 minute read

If you paid a predictor seller or a signal group, answered a “recharge to withdraw” message or installed a file, work down this list in order. Start with 1930 and your bank, keep every screenshot and UTR number, and pay nobody who offers to get the money back.

Tool · runs in your browserNothing is uploaded

A +91, 91 or 0 in front, spaces and dashes are all fine. The number in the box is made up. Nothing you type leaves this page or is saved, and there is no copy-link button here because a link would carry your number.

Try an example:
Not a mobile numberwhat kind of number this is
Short numberthe type of line
1930digits read

1930 is the national cyber-fraud helpline. It is a short number, not a mobile number, and it is for reporting fraud.

If the code (OTP) did not arrive

General checks for a text that does not come, in a sensible order. They apply to any service that sends a code by SMS and say nothing about any platform. Tick each one as you do it.

  1. The number fits the format. The box above works this out. Where +91 India is already selected, type only the ten digits: no second +91, no 0 in front.
  2. You waited a minute or two. A busy network can delay a text. Many services cancel the old code when you ask for a new one, so tapping Send again and again can leave you with a dead code. How long any platform keeps a code is not something we can see.
  3. The phone has signal and the right line is on. Bars showing, airplane mode off. On a phone with two SIMs, the text goes to the line that owns the number you typed.
  4. Do Not Disturb, Focus mode and spam blockers are not hiding texts. Switch them off for a minute, or open the blocked list of any spam-blocking app. If you signed the number up for your mobile operator’s Do Not Disturb service, the operator can tell you what it stops.
  5. You looked in Spam, Blocked and Unknown Senders. Open the messages app itself rather than waiting for an alert, and search for the word code.
  6. The phone is not nearly full. A full inbox cannot save a new text. Free some space under Settings, then Storage.
  7. You turned airplane mode on and off, or restarted. This makes the phone rebuild its connection to the network.
  8. Date and time are set to automatic. A wrong clock can scramble the order of your messages, so a new code can sit far down the list.
  9. You asked once more and used the newest code. Type the code from the newest text straight away. Still nothing after two tries? Ask the platform’s customer service from inside its own page, never through a number or link from a search result or a chat.

The box above is set to 1930. It reads the number as a short number for reporting fraud, not a mobile number, so you dial the four digits as they are. Type any other number you were given and it tells you only the shape of the number, never whose it is.

The first hour, in order

  1. Two calls. Call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and call your bank to block the card or UPI ID you paid from. Take whichever connects first, then the other. Use the bank number printed on your card or shown in the bank’s own app, never one from a chat.
  2. Report it at cybercrime.gov.in, the national cybercrime reporting portal. Attach your screenshots and write down any reference number you are given.
  3. Keep proof. See the table below.
  4. Remove the file. Switch off what it was given (Settings, Apps, the app, Permissions), then uninstall it. The mod APK guide has the paths.
  5. Change passwords from a different device: your email first, then anything you reused or shared.
  6. Pay nobody to get the money back.
  7. Look after yourself. Tele-MANAS 14416 is free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour.

What to keep

KeepWhere to find it
The UTR (UPI reference)The detail page of the payment in your UPI app
Who you paidThe receiver’s UPI ID, number or name on that same page
The chatScreenshots with the sender’s name or number showing; copy links without opening them
Platform listsIf you paid inside the platform’s own screens, its Wallet screen has Deposit history and Withdrawal history. We opened neither, so we cannot say what they show
The fileIts name, and where it came from

Messages that arrive after a loss

Offers to “fix” a loss often come next. Here are four invented ones, read by the message checker.

Invented messageLevelPoints
“Your withdrawal is pending. Recharge ₹2,000 first to unlock it.”High60
“Your lost balance can be recovered. A processing fee of ₹1,200 is needed first.”Medium25
“Your refund is approved. Scan this QR code to receive your money.”High80
“Sir, we have your case file. Your complaint was received and we will call you.”Low0

The last row is the checker’s limit. It asks for nothing yet, so it reads Low, and the demand comes on the call. Whatever the level, a fee, a QR code, a file or a screen share asked for by someone who contacted you first should be treated as a second demand for money, not a rescue. The Telegram groups page shows the same habits in signal chats.

If your login is involved

The Log in screen has a Forgot password? option and a note that says to contact customer service. We used neither, so we cannot say how a reset works. The login guide walks through the Log in screen.

What this page cannot do

We are an independent guide. We are not Shree Win, a bank or the police, and we cannot see accounts, trace a payment or promise that any money returns. We can put the calls in order, so that you have done the useful ones first. For how these offers work, read the hack and predictors guide.

Common questions

How soon after paying a predictor seller should I call 1930?

As soon as you notice, and still call if days have passed. We cannot say what a bank or the cybercrime portal can do in your case, and nobody can promise a refund. What a quick call does is put your report on record while the payment and the chat are still easy to find.

Can Shree Win give back money I paid to a seller?

A payment to a seller went to the seller. We cannot see inside accounts, the platform’s rules or its support, so we do not know what it can do about a payment made outside it. Pay nothing to anyone who says they are the platform’s agent and wants a fee to return it. The page’s own security notice says customer service never sends members links, which is the page’s claim and not ours.

What is a UTR number and where do I find it?

It is the long reference number your UPI app shows on the detail page of a payment, sometimes labelled UPI reference or transaction ID. Take a screenshot of that page with the date and time in view. Your bank and 1930 are likely to ask for it, and it stays in your app even if the chat is deleted.

Someone calling from the “cyber police” says they can recover my money for a fee. Is that real?

Treat it as a second payment demand and pay nothing. Hang up, and call 1930 yourself on the number you already know. Tell 1930 about the call too. A person who contacts you first and asks for money before any help is following a pattern the scam message checker marks.

I installed a file but lost no money. Do I still need to do anything?

Yes. A file that can read your texts does not announce it. Switch off its permissions, uninstall it, look through your bank and UPI history for payments you do not recognise, and change your passwords from another device. The mod APK guide has the Settings paths.

I keep thinking about the money I lost. Who can I talk to?

Tele-MANAS on 14416 is free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour. Losing money to a seller is not a reason to feel foolish, and talking it through with someone you trust is a fair first step alongside the calls above.
