Shree Win Help: Deposits, Withdrawals, Support

Updated 8 October 2026 · 6 minute read

Shree Win’s Wallet screen lists Deposit, Withdraw and two history pages, and its login screen points members to customer service. We did not open any payment screen, so we cannot say how long anything takes. This guide explains the words and gives a calm order of steps for a stuck payment.

Tool · runs in your browserNothing is uploaded

An invented example is loaded. Paste your own over it. Most QR scanner apps can show the text without opening it. Nothing you paste leaves your device.

Try an example:
₹4,999the link would ask you to send
refund.desk@yblthe UPI ID that would be paid
Order Refund Deskthe name typed into the link (nobody checks it)
Highlevel of concern for this invented example
2things worth a second look

Scanning or opening this would ask your UPI app to send ₹4,999 to “Order Refund Desk” (refund.desk@ybl). Nothing leaves your account until you approve it in your UPI app, usually with your UPI PIN. It also finds a UPI ID dressed as a service desk and wording about money coming in.

The parts of this invented example link
PartIn the linkWhat it is

The tool above reads a payment link, the kind a QR code holds. It opens on an invented one, a “refund desk” asking for ₹4,999 after a stuck deposit. It cannot see who owns a UPI ID, and it runs in your browser.

Words on the Wallet screen

A wallet, here, is the page’s name for a balance it shows you. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), we opened the Wallet screen by its address, without logging in. It listed these words, with ₹0.00 beside the figures.

On the screenIn plain wordsWhat to check on your own screen
Total balanceOne figure that appears to add the othersAdd the two wallets yourself the first time
Main walletThe balance the page keeps for youCompare it with your bank’s record after a deposit
3rd party walletA second balance. On platforms of this kind it often serves games from outside providers, but we could not open itAsk what it holds before you move money into it
Main wallet transferBy its name, a way to move money between the wallets. We did not open itRead the screen fully before you tap
DepositAdding money to the pageWe opened no deposit screen
WithdrawTaking money outWe opened no withdrawal screen

The bottom bar has no Wallet tab. It reads Home, Activity, Get ₹500, Promotion and Account.

Where we saw support

The header held only the logo, with no customer-service icon at the top right. The login screen says: “If you forget your password, please contact customer service”. The page also had two floating elements, one named “customer” in its code, and we clicked neither. So we cannot tell you where support sits on your screen or how fast it answers.

The page’s Important Security Notice, dated 2026-08-31, says that customer service will never send members links. That is the page’s statement and we cannot test it. A link from a stranger is a reason to stop and check the address, whoever the stranger says they are.

A deposit has not arrived

Do these in order, and do not pay again while you wait.

  1. Look at your bank or UPI app. Did the money leave? Note the amount, the time and the reference number.
  2. Open Deposit history on the Wallet screen after you log in. We saw the list only empty, so we cannot say what it shows; on platforms of this kind each entry often carries a status. Read yours.
  3. Wait a short while, then look again. We do not know how long a deposit takes, so we will not name a time.
  4. Ask support from inside the page, with the reference number and a screenshot.
  5. Ignore anyone who messages you first, offering to “release” the deposit.

A withdrawal is slow

  1. Open Withdrawal history and read what it says about your request, if it says anything.
  2. Check that the bank or UPI details you gave are yours and spelled correctly.
  3. Write down the time you asked and the amount.
  4. Ask support from inside the page.
  5. Refuse any request for money to free your own. We could not read the terms behind any banner, so we cannot say what a withdrawal needs.

A worked example: the “refund desk”

Someone messages that your deposit is held, and a link asks for ₹4,999 to release it. The decoder, set to an invented link of this kind, would ask your UPI app to send ₹4,999 to “Order Refund Desk” (refund.desk@ybl). Its level of concern is High, with two things worth a second look: a UPI ID dressed as a service desk, and wording about money coming in. Nothing leaves your account until you approve it with your UPI PIN, and the decoder cannot tell who owns the ID. The sensible move is not to approve. Ask the platform’s support from inside its page, and see the login guide for how to check where a page lives.

If money has already gone

  • Call your bank straight away to block a card or UPI ID.
  • Call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline.
  • Report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
  • If the loss is weighing on you, Tele-MANAS 14416: free, confidential mental-health support, open every hour.

What to write down for any payment

Whatever goes wrong, the same few facts help. Keep them in a note on your phone as you go.

Write downWhy
The date and the timeSupport and your bank both start there
The amount, to the rupeeA near-match is easy to mix up with another payment
The method you usedA card, a UPI app or a bank transfer each leave a different trail
The reference number from your bank or UPI appIt identifies the payment, whatever the platform shows
A screenshot of the history listIt shows what the page said at that moment

Two banners that mention the wallet

The Activity tab had banners titled “AR WALLET FAST WITHDRAW” and “AR WALLET TOP UP BONUS”. We could not read the terms behind either one. A banner title is a label, and it names no time, limit or fee. If a banner is the reason you are about to deposit, find its terms on your own screen first, and price them in the bonus calculator on the invite code guide.

Before the next deposit

Set the amount you can lose before you deposit, not after. The loss calculator shows what an average session costs. For a file someone says you need, read the app guide first.

What we can and cannot do

We are an independent guide, not the platform. We cannot see an account, recover a payment or reach support for you. We can help you read the screens, set your limit and spot a request that does not belong.

Need the platform’s own screens to check a payment? This opens its page in a new tab. Read the address bar before you log in.

Common questions

Why does the Shree Win Wallet show ₹0.00 before I log in?

We opened the Wallet screen by its address without logging in, and every figure read ₹0.00. That is an empty view, not anyone’s balance. Log in from a page you have checked and look again before you decide anything is missing.

What is the 3rd party wallet on Shree Win?

We could not open it. On platforms of this kind, games run by outside providers often keep a separate balance, and a transfer moves money across. Whether that is how Shree Win works, and which games use it, only your own screen or the platform’s support can tell you.

How long does a withdrawal take on Shree Win?

We could not read any time. The home page says the platform supports fast deposit and withdrawal, and a banner is titled “AR WALLET FAST WITHDRAW”. Both are the page’s own words, with no figure behind them. Watch the Withdrawal history list on your own screen for news of yours.

Where is the customer service button on Shree Win?

We saw none in the header on 8 October 2026. The login screen says to contact customer service, and the page had two floating elements, one named “customer” in its code, but we clicked neither. Look on your own screen, and stay inside the page you opened by a checked address.

A chat contact offered to speed up my withdrawal for a fee. Should I pay?

No. A fee, a tax or a “verification payment” asked for before your own money is released is a well-known fraud pattern, and a second payment is how a loss grows. Take a screenshot, stop replying, and read the last section of this page.

Is Total balance just the main wallet plus the 3rd party wallet?

It reads that way, but we cannot see inside an account. The first time you are logged in, add the two wallets yourself and compare the total. If the figures disagree, screenshot all three with the time and ask the platform’s support.
