Shree Win Forgot Password: What the Screen Says
Shree Win’s login screen says, “If you forget your password, please contact customer service”, and it also has a Forgot password? link. We did not press the link, so we cannot say what a reset asks for. Here is what to have ready, who never needs your codes, and how to choose the next password.
The tool above is set to an invented password, wingo@2024: a game’s name, a symbol and a year. It rates it Very weak. The password has 10 characters and holds two habits, and an attacker who knows them needs about 624 thousand guesses. The tool runs in your browser and sends nothing out. Try invented passwords of the same shape, never your real one.
What the screen says
A password is the secret that shows an account is yours. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), we opened the platform’s login screen and typed and pressed nothing.
| On the screen | In plain words | What we know |
|---|---|---|
| “If you forget your password, please contact customer service” | The screen’s own line | We did not follow it |
| Forgot password? | A link for a lost password | We did not press it, so we cannot say what it asks for |
| Remember password | An option which, by its name, keeps your password for next time | Leave it off on a phone others can pick up |
| Phone Number and Email tabs | Two ways to say who you are | Use the one you signed up with |
Have this ready before you ask
We do not know what support asks, but these save time on any account question.
- The number or email you signed up with, and which tab you used.
- The address in your browser’s address bar, copied and not typed from memory.
- Roughly when you made the account and last logged in.
- The words of any message on screen, as a screenshot with the password box empty.
- A note of what you have already tried, and how many times.
The login guide shows how to read an address, and the help guide says where we saw support.
Who never needs your codes
The page’s Important Security Notice, dated 2026-08-31, says that customer service will never send members links. That is the page’s statement, which we cannot test. Whatever the truth, the rule for you is simple: ask for help from inside the page you opened yourself, and ignore anyone who writes to you first.
Never read out, send or hand to a person, in a chat or on a call:
- a code that reaches your phone;
- your UPI PIN, the number that approves a payment in your UPI app;
- a password you have just made up;
- a card number or its back-of-card digits.
No person helping you back into a game account should need any of these. A reset screen on the page you opened yourself may ask you to type a code; we did not see what it asks, and a code typed there is for that page alone. If you shared one with a person, call your bank straight away, then 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
Picking the next password
Guessers do not try every combination. They try people’s habits first. These invented passwords show what that does.
| Invented password | Rating | Habits found | Guesses if habits are known | Against a stolen file, fast storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| wingo@2024 | Very weak | A platform word, a year | 624 thousand | Less than a second |
| shreewin@2024 | Very weak | The same two | 624 thousand | Less than a second |
| shreewin123 | Very weak | A platform word, counting up | 2.4 thousand | Less than a second |
| tiger-lamp-river-stone | Good | A common word | 5.6 × 10¹⁷ | About 2 years |
| tiger-lamp-river-stone-cloud-mango | Strong | A common word | 2.9 × 10²⁷ | Billions of years |
The last column assumes 10 billion guesses a second, which only a thief holding a copy of a password file could manage. A website that slows guessers down faces about 100 tries an hour, and even so wingo@2024 lasts about nine months.
So pick four or more words that have nothing to do with each other or with you, chosen by dice, a book opened at random or the tool’s own generator. Join them with dashes. The password checker makes one in your browser.
Keeping it afterwards
Write the new password where only you look, not in a chat or a screenshot, and use it nowhere else. On a phone that others use, leave Remember password empty. We cannot reset a password or open an account for you; we can help you reach the right page and notice a request that does not belong. The register guide covers the sign-up form.
The button opens the platform’s sign-up page in a new tab. Read the address bar first; log in from that page if you already have an account.

Common questions
What should I tell Shree Win support so they can find my account?
We cannot see what support asks, so take these as a general list. Have the number or email you signed up with, the tab you used, the address you opened, and the exact words of any message on screen. Say roughly when you last logged in. Never include the password itself or a code.
A stranger messaged me offering to reset my Shree Win password. What do I do?
Do not reply, and do not tap a link in the message. Someone who writes to you first is a stranger, whatever name they use, and the page’s own notice says customer service will not send members links. If you already shared a code or your UPI PIN, call your bank straight away, then 1930.
Why does the tool call a password with a symbol and a year Very weak?
Because guessers try common habits first, and the tool finds two in it: a word tied to the platform and a year. For the invented wingo@2024 it counts about 624 thousand guesses for an attacker who knows them. A symbol in the middle hides nothing from someone who expects it there.
Can I reuse my email password as my Shree Win password?
It is better not to. If one place loses its list of passwords, anyone holding yours can try it on the other. A fresh password for each account means one slip stays one slip. Keep the list in a password manager, or on paper at home.
I cannot remember whether I signed up with my number or my email. How do I find out?
The login screen has a Phone Number tab and an Email tab, and we cannot say whether one account opens from both. Look through your own notes first. Try each tab once, slowly, with the details you would have used, and stop after two tries: we do not know whether the page limits attempts.
Will the reset come to my phone or to my email?
We cannot say, because we did not press Forgot password?. We saw no code box on the login screen or the sign-up form. Whatever reaches you is for you alone: never read a code out to anyone. A link you did not ask for goes into the link checker before it goes anywhere else.
